(1) enter your video(s) to be viewed and rated by Internet public world wide (2) create a "User profile" to be displayed with your video (3) share your videos and interact with other onlineshowdown.co.uk members (4) view, comment, vote, videos featured
If you become a member you will be able to vote and interact with other members of the onlineshowdown.co.uk community. If you use onlineshowdown.co.uk for viewing purposes only, you are considered a "Visitor". You understand and agree that the service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are absolutely necessary for us to provide the service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augments or enhances the current service shall be subject to ALL the TERMS&CONDITIONS.

AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR USE OF SERVICE

All services of Onlineshowdown.co.uk are available to anybody in the world who are over 14 years of age or older.

REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

Visitors are NOT obligated to formally register to view and email videos. Members/Users MUST register (FREE of any CHARGES!) and (1) provide 100% true, accurate, current and complete information required by our registration form (2) maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If indeed you provide ANY registration data that is untrue, inaccurate, or if we have ANY reason to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your onlineshowdown.co.uk account and refuse ANY or ALL future use of the service or any portion thereof.

DISCLAIMER of WARRANTIES

Onlineshowdown.co.uk disclaims any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the competition or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (Including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false, trickery light). Onlineshowdown.co.uk reserves the right to extend, at its discretion, the end date of the competition up to 90 additional days! Any changes in end dates will be posted on the web site.

You acknowledge and agree that Onlineshowdown.co.uk may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the TERMS&CONDITIONS, either by email, or postings on Onlineshowdown.co.uk or through the service.

TRADEMARK INFORMATION

You acknowledge and agree that the Onlineshowdown.co.uk logo and any other related materials and product and service names are our legal trademarks or the trademarks of our licensors and, without our expressed prior written permission; you will not display or use them in any manner.

COPYRIGHT CLAIMS / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT

Onlineshowdown.co.uk respects the intellectual property of others, and requires its users to do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of Users who may be repeat infringers of such intellectual property. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please contact Onlineshowdown.co.uk with a notice containing the following information: (1) An electronic or physical signature of the copyright or intellectual property holder or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest; (2) the complete mailing address of the person or entity sending notice of infringement. "The CONTEST RULES"

Everyone in the world is eligible but please note that you will need to be 14 years old or over! You need to sing in English. The contestants retain the copyright to their uploaded video(s). Every month there will be a winner from the users vote and winners from monthly competition will face a final contest (final showdown).

FORM and DEADLINES of SUBMISSIONS:

If you participate in the contest, you may upload/submit your video until the submission deadline stated on the Competition page. Only ONE of your videos per genre is eligible to win, obviously it will be your performance achieving the most votes.

WINNERS DETERMINED by PUBLIC VOTING:

All members of Onlineshowdown.co.uk will be able to VOTE (This is the official legal voting for the actual prize money winners) for their favourite video submissions until The VOTING DEADLINE!. The contestants, whose submissions receive the most votes, shall be declared the winner. There are five genres. In the event of a "TIE", Onlineshowdown.co.uk reserves the right to extend the contest to break the tie and establish a clear winner. Onlineshowdown.co.uk may employ any means it deems reasonable, in its sole discretion, to resolve the tie, including, but not limited to, conducting a separate/another competition. Regardless of your location, the winning contestants are exclusively and solely legally responsible for ALL prize receipt and use.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by the email address provided in their registration.

"FRAUD"

Onlineshowdown.co.uk reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify ANY individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the competition or to be acting in violation of the TERMS&CONDITIONS. Any attempt to deliberately damage Onlineshowdown.co.uk's website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the competition may indeed be in violation of criminal and civil laws regardless of your location.

TERMS&CONDITIONS / RULES®ULATIONS BINDING

By submitting an entry to our competition, contestants and Users agree to be bound by the rules of this competition and the final tally of online votes as decided exclusively by Onlineshowdown.co.uk, which is final and binding. Entry also constitutes permission to use contestants' names, likenesses, voices and videos for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

CANCELLATION of COMPETITION

Onlineshowdown.co.uk reserves the right to cancel the competition if fraud, technical failures or ANY other factor beyond Onlineshowdown.co.uk's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest, as determined by Onlineshowdown.co.uk in its sole discretion.

RELEASE of LIABILITY

Except where prohibited by any laws, by entering, contestants release Onlineshowdown.co.uk from any and ALL claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from or arising directly or indirectly out of each contestant's participation in this competition and/or from the acceptance or use of the prize awarded.
